 C .Payment Menthod

 1.Payment by bank account transfer

It is possible to pay Services by direct transfer of money to ELEGANT’S bank account.

2.Payment by Western Union

( You can use cash, credit card, your bank account). Please go to any Western Union Agent and fill "To Send Money Form" for the receiver :

After taking the money order and paying, you will receive a bill with MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) with 10 digits, please inform us the full name, country of sender, the amount and the MTCN through email to salemanager@elegant.vn

**Please be advised that there is a surcharge of 3% for  card payment  .  Xoom service fee  or any bank charge should  be paid by customers

3.Online Payment.

Payment of tour, hotel accommodation, bus transport, car rental, etc (Hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) can be paid by credit card through Elegant’ Travel online payment system.

The following cards are accepted:

·         Visa

·         Master

·         American Express

·         JCB

·         ATM (Local cards)

This system is secure and operates in conjunction with OnePay and Vietcombank.

A receipt will be sent to the e-mail address used when making the payment. You should keep this as proof of payment.
